• Quality Control Inspection : Each batch of material is thoroughly tested at a NABL ACREDIATED LABORATORY. Both mechanical & chemical tests are carried out and our quality inspectors ensure the highest standards are met before dispatch of any material to our clients.
• Chemical Analysis : We do a 100% check to ensure that all the elements are within the required norms of the industry and client requirement. If any deviation is deteted with regards to the chemical composition the whole lot is instantly removed and replaced with a optimum quality merchandise.
• Mechanical Properties : We check for superior Hardness, tensile strength, elongation and yield to make sure these meet our clients' requirements. Past all the checks/inspection merchandise is dispatched if the results are satisfactory.
• Dimensional Examination : Sheets thickness, width and length (in case of cut length material) are thouroughly examined to minute levels. It is fully observed, that no dimensions cross the tolerance limit of sheets

• Sheets must be free of Rust
• Properly oiled
• Free from lining
• Free from pit marks
• Free from other surface defects. After getting the inspection report, the material becomes ready for dispatch. This intensive checking at our end is conducted always.
